These terms describe the role of the website and important limits around estimates and service availability.
Website information
The website provides general service information. It does not replace an onsite inspection, vehicle diagnosis or final written quotation.
Hours and arrival estimates
Published operating hours are 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Around 25 minutes is a typical travel target, not a guarantee. Traffic, technician availability, location, stock and site access can change the estimate.
Prices and authorisation
Availability and pricing should be confirmed before work begins. Additional problems discovered during inspection should be explained for approval.
Safe locations
Service can only be performed where the vehicle and technician can work safely and lawfully. Emergency services or police should be contacted when a vehicle creates an immediate road hazard.
